Ugh, "The Killing" TV series on Netflix is just going downhill. I thought the pilot might lead into something like Dennis Lehane's MYSTIC RIVER territory but it's becoming everything I hate about police dramas. It's like they're doing a bumbling detective story completely dramatically, and they're confusing the idea of suspense with "sike!" jokes. I can't stand it, but I have to finish it. I can't help myself.
