13 SINS is actually a really great horror film. It has this nice retro feel, and by retro I mean early 2000's when horror moved into the more grounded realism of thrillers. And it also feels retro because everyone is using a flip-phone despite being a 2014 release. It doesn't go bat-shit crazy, but the simple premise keeps things moving and it all builds to some decent revelations - just don't expect any huge or elaborate set-pieces. #facebook
