I'm finally reading THE GODFATHER by Mario Puzo & while the Coppola film is the great American immigrant epic, the book reads like trashy pulp sensationalism (and it's pretty great). There's a whole section devoted to Johnny Fontaine (which was left out in the movie) describing a Hollywood of free-wheeling & dealing of sex and infamy, but I couldn't help but think on how exaggerated the book paints things. And then this whole "Smallville" sex trafficking came to light... #facebook
