You know GODZILLA KING OF MONSTERS wasn't particularly bad, it was just empty & soulless. Too much rain, too much darkness, too much smoke amounts to a lot of muddy CG. The 1st barely showed Godzilla until the 3rd act but at least the CG was quite impressive for the SF urban fight. #sseig

I went to see SPIDERMAN: INTO THE SPIDER-VERSE alone but I was so taken by the movie that I struck up a conversation with a teen couple that also saw it. They loved it too but as soon as I said, "it was the best superhero film since THE DARK KNIGHT" they stopped talking to me. Dumb kids, whadda they know. I'm now a proud iPhone owner - that is, the iPhone of old when Apple's had some consumer sense about it. I was at the phablet big-phone forefront rockin my Galaxy Note 2 and size-shaming iPhone users. But now that everyone and their mother have big phones I'm intrigued by the last small smartphone that was actually great - the iPhone SE. Of course I'm not giving up my gorgeous 6.4" screen Note 9, are f***ing crazy! I just have my iPhone tethered to my Note via Bluetooth. #sseig
