I guess I was expecting a mystery for some reason but got a straight forward spy adventure across an exotic backdrop. But perhaps the most disappointing was that Mrs Polifax only rides along with the action and doesn't really do anything "amazing" to drive the story. Voice performance is top notch. Moving on to the amazing Agatha Christie's MURDER ON THE ORIENT EXPRESS. A few months ago I re-read AND THEN THERE WERE NONE and it was better than I remembered. Look forward to my 1st romp on the ORIENT but I'll have to keep my expectations in check when I watch the Branagh rendition in 70mm later this month. #facebook
